August 16th to end of September.

Hunting Area:
Numerous quails nest in the flatlands in the North of Croatia and their numbers rise as they start to migrate from the North from Hungary where quails are not hunted.

The hunt is done along the river Drava which is a natural border with Hungary, where there are large concentrations of quails both those nesting and in migration.

The hunt is conducted on the stubbles in the fields with the dogs of the hunters or the professional guide’s.

Accommodation is provided in a very comfortable hunting house, on a hill above the town of Slatina, with an excellent local cuisine and enclosures for dogs. Slatina is situated at 300 km from the Italian city of Trieste.

Rates:

  • 3 days of hunt (including quails without limit), per hunter: € 600
  • Additional hunting day: € 200

The rates include:
Organization of the hunt, full board accommodation in the hunting house, assistance of the professional hunter Igor, hunting permits, reserve entrance fees and ownership of all harvested quails.

The rates don’t include:
Travel expenses, veterinary certificate, tips, drinks and gratuities. Rifle rent € 20 per day, box of 25 cartridges € 9, observer € 80 daily fee.

Note: In order to import the gun in Croatia the hunters must have the European firearm licence and passport. For dog import it is necessary to have a veterinary certificate.
