Raisthorpe Flyers simulated shooting days are a very enjoyable day out. We have 4,500 Acres of land, which includes a wide range of different settings including valleys, dales and woods. The shooting day can be located anywhere within the grounds, which promises great variety.

We use promatic traps, so you can be assured of the quality of the equipment.

We have shooting days in April, May, June and July and accept bookings from parties of between 8 and 16 people. Prices start from £200 per gun. For more information or to make a booking, please feel free to contact us.

Day’s Itinerary:

• 9.00 am: Arrive and meet up with the rest of the shooting party whilst enjoying morning coffee and being briefed on the rules of the shoot.
• 9.45 am: Set off for the first drive.
• 10.00 am: Start shooting the first drive in pairs.
• 11.45 am: After the first three drives, we will break for a drink and a snack, an give you the chance to refill the cartridge bags.
• 1.00 pm: Guns return to the lodge for lunch.
• 2.15 pm: Return for the afternoon’s shooting, which consists of two drives in a team event.
• 4.30 pm: Tea and cakes to finish off the day.

This includes 500 cartridges, although more can be purchased at additional cost.

During the day over 8,000 shots will be fired. Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea and drinks are also included and take place in our newly built shooting lodge. As you would expect, eye, ear and head protection are also provided.

Non-shooting guests may accompany the party at additional cost ask for details.

Scarborough is located 7 miles away and we have many hotels, which have a conference room and ample accommodation all offering full facilities are for your team at variety of prices.

The Talbot hotel is an 18th century coaching inn offering fine bedrooms including 4-poster accommodation and family rooms, a relaxing lounge and bar with open log fires. The Derwent Restaurant offers a great English menu.
