Stalk: Consists of a high seat situation generally. Richard is the stalker’s pheasant syndicate is on this piece of land and bookings must be made firstly through head office. The offer came through a fishing trip to Scotland and we subsidise the pheasant shoot they have on the land, area is roughly 450 acres.
